화상영어회화- italki탈퇴 방법

 italki를 살펴보려고 회원가입했으나, 후기를 통해보니 크레딧 구매 후 어떠한 사유에도 환불은 안되고, 1년동안 안쓰면 사전 경고없이 계정 비활성화 등 일단 결제하면 상당히 신경쓸 부분이 많았다. 결제하고 잔액없이 깔끔하게 다 수업을 연속해서 할거면 신경안써도 되겠지만 지금은 여러싸이트를 탐색하는 중이라 일단 해지해두었다.

홈페이지내 이용방법 안내도 자세히 읽다보니 화면 자체도 중국어가 기본이고, 상단에서 한국어를 누르면 한국어로 구글번역으로 보여주어서 이미지 화일내에 있는 중국어는 그대로 중국어로 보였다.

그래서 이틀에 걸쳐 italki를 탈퇴했다. (deactivate 후 계정 자체 삭제 별도 요청)

[italki탈퇴방법]

1) 홈페이지 메뉴에서는 deactive(비활성화)만 가능

  ㅇ 계정설정>privacy> [deactivate] 버튼을 누르면 원인을 선택하라는 선택옵션이 나오고 선택 후 처리됨

에서 우상단의 언어가 '중국어, 한국어'인데 중국어가 디폴트로 떠서 한국어로 수정해야 한다.

이미지(메뉴 화면)내의 중국어는 바뀌지 않으므로 설명을 보고 이해해서 사용해야한다.

2) 개인정보 삭제 요청

  ㅇ deactivate만 하고 서버에 정보 남겨놓기는 찝찝하고 혹시라도 나중에 쓸일이 있으면 그때는 다른 이메일로 가입하려고 개인정보 삭제 요청도 했다.   

support@italki.com으로 (영어로) 개인정보 서버에서 삭제해달라고 요청하면 아래와 같이 메일이 온다.

If you would like to completely delete your account and remove all your data, please reply to this email and confirm that you have acknowledged the information below:
 
1. My account (계정명의 주소) below will be erased from italki.
2. I don't have any third-party accounts (Google Account, Apple ID, Wechat, Facebook) connected to italki. (Check on the Settings page and click "Disconnect" if you have previously logged in to italki with the account.) 
3. I understand I will not be able to access my italki Student Wallet. 
4. I understand that all my data on italki will be removed (including but not limited to my phone number, lesson history, lesson reviews, purchase history)
5. I understand this action is irreversible.
 
We will act on it once we receive your confirmation.

위 메일에 '컨펌한다'고 (영어로) 회신하면, 

잠시후 아래와 같이 italki에서  삭제처리했다는 최종회신이 온다.
